The Redmi Pro is a new child in Xiaomi smartphone portfolio. This time a budget Redmi got the support of premium features.

The Redmi Pro will come with an all metal body with CNC diamond cut and brushed metal finish with gloss anodizing process. This will ensure that the phone looks like a true flagship, featuring premium and refined design. The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek deca-core processor and the entry-level model features a Helio X25 processor, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. The dual cameras on the back of the phone include a 13MP Sony IMX258 camera and a 5MP Samsung camera for capturing depth information.
Redmi Pro comes in Gold, Silver, Dark Grey. Prices start from RMB 1499.

While the phone is fairly expensive for a Redmi model, it’s still pretty cheap for a phone with that kind of hardware.
The Xiaomi Redmi Pro feature dual SIM support, an IR blaster that lets you use the phone s a TV remote, fast charging, and a 5MP front-facing camera. You can also use one of the SIM card slots for a microSD card if you don’t need dual SIM support.
